Yes, with the written consent of the main author, a co-author is allowed to present the work.
No. You may directly register and attend the conference as a delegate without submitting an abstract.
Upon successful registration, you will receive e-tickets via email from our ticketing partner.
Please print and carry them to the conference venue.
Attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodation.
If any complimentary shuttle services are available, details will be shared in advance.
The organizer does not handle hotel bookings.
To book a hotel room along with registration, please select the Package option while registering.
Rooms are available for 2 or 3 nights. For customized stays, email us for pricing details.
The detailed conference schedule will be published on our website once finalized.
The complete program will be available 30 days prior to the event.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations.
However, registrations are transferable within the same registration category.
After full payment of registration fees, participants may request an invitation letter via email.
Invitation letters will not be issued to unpaid or unregistered participants.
Visa approval remains the sole responsibility of the participant.
Delegates and speakers requesting cancellation before 17th June 2026
are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
No refunds will be issued for requests made after this date.
